“Lead Talk” – Empowering Young Professionals Through International Knowledge Exchange

Rotaract Club of Uva Wellassa University-Badulla(RID - 3220), in partnership with Rotaract Club of TIT & Science Bhopal (RID - 3040), successfully conducted the international service initiative “Lead Talk”on the 26th of December 2025 under the International Service Avenue. The project was organized with the purpose of fostering leadership excellence, professional development, and personal growth among university students and emerging young professionals through an enriching platform for international collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The session proudly featured Dr. H. L. Neel Wasantha, Senior Lecturer and distinguished Marketing & Service Management Specialist, as the guest speaker. Through an insightful and engaging discussion, he shared valuable perspectives on effective leadership, career advancement, communication, professional ethics, and self-development. His expertise and practical guidance inspired participants to enhance their leadership capabilities, strengthen their professional competencies, and confidently navigate future academic and career opportunities.

The initiative served as a meaningful platform for intellectual exchange and international fellowship, enabling participants from both Rotaract clubs to engage in productive discussions and broaden their professional outlook. “Lead Talk” successfully created a motivating learning environment that encouraged young individuals to pursue continuous self-improvement, embrace leadership responsibilities, and contribute positively towards society as future professionals and leaders.

The successful completion of this initiative further reflected the commitment of both collaborating clubs towards empowering youth through education, leadership development, and international understanding.
